Tyler Dinges, Head Coach U15 Dirty Birds Team

Coach Dinges played four years of varsity lacrosse at Walton High School where he won the 2011 State Championship, beating Harrison 8-4.  He graduated in 2013 as a captain for Coach Spotz.  Tyler was a stand-out defender for the Raiders all 4 years, playing LSM and Close Defense.  He was awarded the position of being a captain because of his dedication to his craft, his teammates, his coaches, and character. Tyler Dinges was also a standout defender for his Club Travel team, Thunder Lacrosse, as he played on both their U17 and U19 teams.  In 2013, he was an assistant coach for the U15 Dirty Birds team, and in 2014 he became the Head Coach for the U15 Dirty Birds team.  His 2014 summer team won the Southern Shootout Championship, going 6-0 and earning a qualifying Bid to the Dick’s National Tournament of Champions.  His 2015 U15 teams won 2 tournaments, finished with one loss at another tournament, and lost in the final four of another tournament, again with just 1 loss total.  His 2016 U19 Elite Team also won the Southern Open Championships Tournament. This past spring Coach Dinges was named the head coach of the Georgia Southern Men’s Club Lacrosse team.
